Meet Distinguished Alumnus Jae Chang

We are proud to announce 1996 alumnus Jae Chang as this year's Distinguished Alum for The Collins College. Chang is the owner and founder of Octopus Restaurant Group, a chain of thriving Korean barbecue and Japanese fusion restaurants in Southern California and Nevada. CPP recognized all of this year's Distinguished Alumni at an awards ceremony last week.
